Our hosting facility is a 99.999% reliable building. This means that unplanned power, cooling and network outages are likely to occur less than 5 minutes per year. Fewer outages mean fewer headaches.

Green Hosting

We purchase Carbon Credits from Carbonfund.org to cover the power used by all of the servers and equipment we use. We're proud to be able to offer 100% Zero Carbon Green hosting. They fund Wind, Solar, and Renewable energy projects, as well as purchasing carbon credits for retirement.

Network Cooling Backup Generators Power

The building infrastructure includes:

Routing	Each server is connected to dual redundant routers
	Each server may optionally be connected to a second, redundant switch
Network	Dual fiber upstreams coming in two different sides of the building
	Primary Upstream is a 2 Gigabyte connection
	Secondary Upstream is a 1 Gigabyte connection
Power	Dual substation feeds coming in two different sides of the building (N+1)
	Each system fed by 3 Generators with 7 days of fuel on site (N+2)
	Each system powered by 3 Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) (N+2)
	Dual power circuits to the rack (N+1)
	Power Distribution Unit (PDU) at every cabinet
