Just FYI, I've made a few more small changes to the various journal pages to list the number of comments. We aren't getting a lot of them yet, but Evelyn thought it would be good to make it a little more obvious that commenting was available. It shouldn't impact the RSS feeds, this is only present on the web feed. It won't cause them to show up as new entries in your RSS reader.
